Design and Features
The Xbox Nano is Microsoft’s smallest controller, measuring just over five inches in length. This makes it shorter than most smartphones. Despite its reduced size, the controller includes all the standard buttons found on the regular Xbox Wireless Controller that debuted with the Series X and Series S consoles in 2020.
The device supports both Xbox Wireless and Bluetooth, allowing connections to Xbox consoles, phones, tablets, and PCs. Unlike previous Xbox controllers that often required AA batteries or separate charging packs, the Xbox Nano includes a built-in rechargeable battery that charges via a USB-C port located on the rear.
Microsoft has also added a programmable Action Button to the Xbox Nano. This button can be customized to perform functions such as taking screenshots, capturing gameplay, and accessing other Xbox shortcuts.
