Estimated Sales Volume
Tesla does not break out sales data for individual vehicle models in its public reports. Instead, it groups non-Model 3 and Model Y vehicles into a category labeled "Other Models." According to Electrek, Tesla delivered 8,295 vehicles in this category during the third quarter. This figure represents a 48% decline year-over-year and is the lowest total for the category since the second quarter of 2021.
Electrek estimates that between 7,000 and 8,000 of these deliveries were Cybertrucks. The remaining units in the category are believed to include a few hundred Model S and Model X vehicles, as well as Tesla Semis. Production for the "Other Models" category fell 40% to 7,004 units from 11,624 units a year earlier.
If the estimate of 8,000 Cybertruck deliveries is accurate, the annualized sales rate would be approximately 32,000 units. This represents about 13% of Musk’s goal of selling 250,000 Cybertrucks annually.
