What it is

The product is a service where the vendor, Lia Arden, provides a drawing and a written story about a customer's "soulmate." The vendor states that she uses her "psychic abilities" and the customer's astrological birth chart to create these items. The service is described as a way to see the face of a future partner and understand how the couple will meet. The vendor explicitly notes that the sketches are created with the assistance of a language model and diffusion process.

What the vendor says it includes

According to the product page, the purchase includes two main components:

A personalized sketch: The vendor says this is a high-quality image of the soulmate. The page states that the drawing is based on visions obtained while connecting to "universal energy."
A soulmate story: This is a detailed narrative describing where and how the customer will meet their soulmate. The vendor claims this story is written in the stars and prepared using intuitive abilities and the birth chart.

The vendor says the delivery is sent to the customer's email. Regarding timing, the page states that the sketch and reading are delivered within 24 hours. However, the vendor adds that in rare instances of high demand, delivery may take up to 48 hours.

Price and terms

The product page does not list a specific price or currency amount. It only provides a button to "get started."

Regarding guarantees, the vendor states that "complete satisfaction is guaranteed" and promises the delivery of the services purchased as outlined. However, the legal disclaimer at the bottom of the page clarifies that the vendor "cannot guarantee the results or accuracy of my readings and/or recommendations." The vendor specifies that the only guarantee provided is the delivery of the service itself. The page also notes that the services are for entertainment purposes only and may not be unique.
